General Information

For tasting appointments, please contact Jennifer Grundy at dalenamilwaukee@gmail.com or 917-858-1316. 

All tastings will take place at Vintage Rentals at 928 E. Center St. Milwaukee, WI 53212. Appointments are required.

Tastings are priced at $15/person, up to four items total, and up to four guests. Please let us know how many people will be attending with you. We ask that you submit your tasting selections a week in advance, to allow for preparation. Payment will be due at the time of appointment confirmation (one week in advance of the tasting). The tasting fee is non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a sit-down appointment but are having a menu tasting with Ball n’ Biscuit Catering, we can provide drop off at that location.

If you decide that Dalena is the right choice for your event, the tasting fee will be deducted from your final balance.

Dalena Policies

There is a delivery/set-up fee based on type, size, and travel distance:

• $35-$50 in Milwaukee County
• .60 per mile outside of Milwaukee County
• Holiday delivery $50.00 extra
• Final count is due 3 weeks prior to the event. 

A 25% deposit will be due upon signing. We accept all forms of payment. Credit cards will be charged a 3% fee. Your balance will be due the week of the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY: On receipt of cancellation 60 or more days before the scheduled event, 75% payment will be returned; 59 – 45 days prior, 50% of the deposit will be returned; 45 days or less, there will be no refund.

Additional Items:

• Vintage platters and/or cake stands are available to rent for your event at a fee of $50. Plain platters and/or cake stands are available for $35. Serving utensil cost is included in this fee.
• Vintage or plain dessert plates and utensils are available to rent through Vintage Rentals.
• Plain white bar napkins in packs of 100 are available for $3.00/pack.
• Ecoware is available for an additional fee, as well as to-go containers.
• There will be an up charge for the addition of fondant to any of the wedding cakes.
• There is a $50.00 cake cutting/plating fee.
• Signage can be provided for the dessert table (individual chalkboards or a framed list). Please let me know if this is something you will need provided or if you will provide your own signage.
