Dalena: Desserts for Special Occasions
Dalena was born from my deeply rooted love of cooking and baking, inspired by my late brother, David, and my late mother, Elena (Elaine). Each of them were important teachers of food and love, which I am delighted to share with you through my desserts.
I create desserts designed with a special occasion in mind, from weddings to reunions to baby showers, Bat Mitzvahs and other causes for celebration. My desserts include a little something for everyone: cupcakes, hand pies/pies, donuts, cookies, tarts, cheesecake and, of course, wedding cakes. Everything I make is from scratch, with the best ingredients available.
